Trouble at Blue Haven

A recent eclipse of the moon Blue Haven has caused unexpected weather patterns which has left the colony running on limited power. With no online defenses or sensors, it has left the colony and its stockpile of precious minerals extremely vulnerable. Can your team take advantage of their unfortunate situation, or will they be caught up in the temperamental weather? Only one way to find out.

The tournament will go for 3 rounds Swiss, each round capped at a 2-hour time limit, there will be 15 minutes for setup and deployment, Chess clock available on request. No reinforcements!

There will also be a painting competition, judged by passersby in the store.

General rulings

Unless otherwise specified at the table, consider terrain to be playable as follows:

Open Windows: Shooting into and out of buildings is fine, but not through 2 or more.

Acrylic Windows: Like walls for ballistic attacks, but grant LoF for Discover and Hacking otherwise. Space glass is transparent but bulletproof!

Doors: Always open

Objective Markers: S2 or S5 depending on the token’s base on the table, cover is granted like normal terrain.

Anything else: Talk it over with your opponent before the game!

No spec ops, soldiers of fortune, terrain, or reinforcements rules are used.

• 12:00a-12:30a: Registration, Meet and greet, Announcements, etc.
• 12:30a-2:45p: Round 1
• 2:45p-5:00p: Round 2
• 5:00p-6:15p: Dinner break
• 6:15p-8:30p: Round 3
• 8:30p-9:00p: Prizes
